Refund Policy

At Community Connections™, we are proud to offer the best quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase from CommunityConnections, please know that our many qualified and professional stores and vendors are happy to receive the return of the item (new, unused, unmarked, undamaged) in its packaging or original box within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. If you purchased your item from one of our retailers, please contact that retailer for returns. If your item was a gift and you don't know where it was purchased, please see "Returning a Gift" at the bottom of this page.

** Please note that NO CREDITS will be issued on used, personalized, monogrammed, or damaged merchandise - such merchandise will be returned to the customer at their own expense. **

To return your item:

- Please e-mail Sales@Communityandconnections.com to obtain a Return Authorization Email. No returns will be processed without a printed Return Authorization Email issued by our Returns department included within the package.

- Follow the instructions on the email and include your name, address, and full daytime contact information.

- Pack your new, unused, unmarked, and undamaged merchandise in their packaging and original shipping box.

- Please note that all leather items must be individually boxed. Use care in your packing method. Shoulder items be placed inside the item. All items must be positioned away from the body of the case to prevent impressions in the box. Items and products must have their belongings in the box for each item. Items that are damaged because of damage that are not placed inside the box will not be credited.

- Ensure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Lilys of Tubac™ will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. The responsibility will be that of the carrier. As such, we recommend that you ship your item in a manner that will allow you to track your shipment (UPS, FedEx, Express Mail, etc.)

- Credit will be issued if all criteria are met. Any shipping costs paid will not be refunded. While credits are issued to your credit card company immediately upon acceptance, please allow time for your credit card company to show the transaction.

Returning a Gift:

New, unused, unmarked, and undamaged merchandise that is part of our product line may be returned for in-house merchandise credit as a gift card or an immediate exchange if the criteria for returns, as listed above, are met. The retail cost of your item will be applied towards the value of the item(s) you would like in exchange. We will not issue credit for any difference in cost if the item you would like to exchange the item you have for one that is lower priced. If the new item(s) that you want has a higher cost, you will be responsible for the difference in cost plus shipping charges. If the total item costs are equal, you will only be responsible for the cost of shipping. Please follow the Returns instructions above so that we may process your exchange.
